Shipping policy

Shipping and processing times

We process all orders within 5 business days after the order is placed, typically within 1 to 2 days. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays. 

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Domestic shipping costs and estimates

Standard shipping is $4.29 in the continental USA. We use USPS First Class Package to ship our packages, which typically arrive within 3-5 days of shipment, though sometimes there are delays. 

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on orders $29.00 and higher in the continental USA. 

International shipping costs and estimates

We offer international shipping for a standard rate of $20.00 using USPS First Class Package International. International orders may take 4-5 weeks after shipment to arrive.

Additionally, international orders may incur taxes or import duties like VAT. These are incurred once the package reaches the destination country. Softybits is not responsible for these charges—any incurred charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

Order status and tracking

You will receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on the status of your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to show up.
